This Privacy Policy explains how PDFTrend AI collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information we collect

  • Account details (email, name, password hash).
  • Workspace and usage data (searches, ideas, builds).
  • Billing data processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

How we use information

To provide the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and communicate with you.

Tenant isolation

Every record is scoped to a tenant. We do not share workspace data across tenants.

Third-party processors

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with these processors:

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record; handles payment processing and billing for direct subscriptions.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI text and image generation. Prompts and the content you ask us to generate or analyze are sent to these providers.
  • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for course lesson audio (lesson text is sent to generate narration).
  • Resend — transactional email (verification and password-reset messages).
  • Google Analytics — aggregated product-usage analytics (see our Cookies Policy).
  • Render — application hosting, database, and file storage.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can update your profile, request an export, or delete your workspace by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your workspace removes its records from our systems.
