1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from Billing → Manage subscription. Usage limits are enforced by plan tier. Lifetime deals purchased through AppSumo are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. AI-generated output

AI output is provided for research and creative inspiration. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before publication.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. Platform components, models, and prompt assets remain ours.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time from billing settings.
