Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PDFTrend AI. How a refund works depends on how you purchased.

AppSumo lifetime purchases

If you bought PDFTrend AI through AppSumo, your purchase is covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee and is refunded through AppSumo, not through us. Request your refund from your AppSumo account within 60 days of purchase. After a refund, the associated code(s) are revoked and the related lifetime access is removed.

Monthly & annual subscriptions (purchased directly)

Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Already-charged cycles are non-refundable except where required by law.

Goodwill refunds

If the platform is not working as advertised, reach out within 7 days of a direct charge and we'll review a goodwill refund.
